A pouch constructed of tooled saddle leather on the verso side. The bag is decorated with beadwork in which a yellow triangle-rectangle-triangle motif is flanked by four anchoring "bear paw" motifs in light and dark blue. The design site on a white ground. The bottom seam is decorated with tin cones. Attached to the opening are two drops which are ornamented with brass beads, cut trade beads and "5 Cent" United States coins from 1874.
