A rawhide liner, wrapped in hide and decorated on both sides with sinew sewn seed beads. The recto side has a lower hemisphere in which navy-blue-crimson stepped diagonal lines sit on a white field. The upper hemisphere consists of two rows of opaque orange triangles with their bases facing. The hemispheres are separated by a row of tin cones which are stuffed with red trade cloth. The verso side consists of a lower hemisphere with two stepped butterscotch orange diamonds on a crimson background. The upper hemisphere consists of a white field with columns of stacked crimson and black triangles. Accompanying the sheath is a three-pin trade blade, stamped with “SHARLEIGH HAND FORGED”, secured with brass rivets and accented with commercial leather handles.
